About the Event
Presented by The Wide Open Heart Project with Special Guest, Andrea Masucci of Rezon8me, for a violin sound bath.
What is the heart chakra and what does it have to do with me, you ask? EVERYTHING! The heart chakra is your energy center and it regulates love, compassion and forgiveness. When we navigate the world from a place of loving-kindness, we feel better in every way. Putting you in touch with your heart center, the heart chakra, and connecting it to the whole body, mind and spirit, is our priority. Helping you begin your journey to the heart is our mission. Spend a day focused on you and your holistic heart healing journey. Our experienced practitioners will teach you simple, "evergreen" personal healing tools that can be used immediately to assist in opening the heart. Our day together will cover topics such as Reiki, Guided Meditation, Slow Flow Yoga, Nutrition and Journaling. We will end the retreat with a guided release ceremony. Lunch and snacks provided. All attendees will receive a Wide Open Heart t-shirt, journal and WOHP sticker.
